SCOPE OF WORK
- Develop a detailed Adoption and Change Management (ACM) Training Plan for assigned projects in close coordination with the assigned Change Managers
- Implement ACM Training Plan
- Support Project Development and Implementation activities
- Facilitate / conduct training needs analysis (TNA)
- Prepare learning materials using THE CLIENT tools (i.e. storyboard, flow, elearning, etc.)
- Review any training materials provided by vendors to ensure they meet THE CLIENT's quality standards
- Publish training materials in THE CLIENT's learning management platform
- Deliver training sessions, both in face-to-face and in online settings
- Provide individual and group coaching sessions
- Evaluate results of training activities
- Report on training progress
Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
- Develop and implement the ACM Training Plan for assigned projects
- Create, design and deliver training programs
- Design, structure, and develop online / eLearning content aligned with the adoption of proposed changes
- In coordination with the ACM team, contribute to a knowledge base for lessons learned and best practices
- Prepare training environments, scenarios and associated user accounts
- Initiate course evaluation and analyze collected feedback
- Develop instructional materials, primarily through knowledge base articles and microlearning videos, and possibly other training collaterals such as user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs and exercises to support training for staff in close coordination with the technical team
- Conduct briefings, road shows, brown bag and other training sessions for management and staff
- Establish early-life and other support activities
- Respond to training queries and concerns and escalate issues to technical and support teams whenever necessary
- Perform any other assigned tasks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in conducting training and developing instructional materials
- A client-oriented attitude and experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality output
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- The ability to refine and distill technical jargon into clear, layperson-friendly content
- Proficiency with content creation tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva
- Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instructions and standardized practices
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain composure under pressure.
- A strong awareness and understanding of THE CLIENT's business processes and guidelines is an advantage.
- Experience in providing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for THE CLIENT IT systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of IT projects in a business setting is an advantage
