- Closely work with the Problem Manager to ensure RCAs are done on any reported SLA failure
- Provide monitoring and reporting related to the Service Level Management process, including any process related Service Improvement Plans
- Act as the point of contact for Service Management Team for the program, support, and client teams to ensure that the process requirements and improvements are realized into the tool/technology specifications
- Conduct regular review, revision, and re-approval of all applicable process documents

Job Description
To provide BAU support for MongoDB across Asia. The MongoDB DBA brings 7 plus years of experience in MongoDB installation, Configuration and administration. Possess technical skills and experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance of MongoDB databases.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Provides day-to-day support including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and recovery of Mongo database
+ Installation, configuration and maintenance of MongoDB clusters on-premise and Atlas
+ Evaluate, Plan and perform Mongo DB major/minor upgrades
+ MongoDB scaling across data centres and/or in - depth understanding of MongoDB, including replica sets. Schema using Mongos.
+ Backup & Recovery, Database optimization, hardening and Security maintenance.
+ Backup and restore databases, collections as needed between environments using mongo utilities
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in MongoDB and Database Administration
+ Must have worked on production support with hands on experience on standalone, replication, sharding, clustering
+ Experience in upgrading database versions, migrating data across multiple databases/Mongo Atlas and performed CRUD operations.
+ Possess strong experience on query SQL tuning, performance optimization and data realignments
+ Knowledge of managing a MongoDB cluster using Mongo's OpsManager tool
+ Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures
+ Must be willing to work on rotational 24x7 Oncall support, planned/adhoc weekend support/changes and flexible to meet current and future business needs
+ Good communication skills with Positive attitude, problem solving skills, multi-tasking and self-initiative qualities
