SUMMARY

RealPage Implementation Consultant II is responsible for working across multiple product teams to implement Leaselabs and G5 end-to-end solutions for customers. This includes reviewing add-on orders, analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to successfully complete the implementation, collecting appropriate data, and coordinating with other departments. The Implementation Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for implementation best practices on the products or services they are delivering.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation of Leaselabs and G5 solutions for property management companies.
• Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
• Deliver on-time implementations for add-on orders, per agreement with customer.
• Assist client in determining best practices for setup and configuration to achieve client's desired result.
• Accurately forecast activations of add-on orders and update backlog on a weekly basis.
• Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
