o Create and maintain accurate inventories and perform regular reconciliations (License Balance Sheets) of (a) what is owned against (b) what is installed against (c) what is recorded in asset management system (AMS). Ensure that up to date (and historical) records are managed through the collection of key attributes such as name, status, version, ownership, cost, entitlements, contracts, depreciation, location, product type, and CI to CI relationships. Ensure changes to assets (under management) are done so based on formal approvals in accordance with the Change Management and/or other authoritative processes. Specific to Service Asset (software).
o Execute on the negotiation, processing, and facilitation of approvals for software/hardware asset renewals and subscriptions.
o Ensure that there is proper management of budget, and financial approval for new software and renewals are obtained.
o Collaborating with AT Global Procurement Teams and the ATA Sourcing Team, ensure that software purchasing arrangements/contracts are negotiated and structured to minimize cost while ensuring control. Legal and financial risk exposure is properly observed and mitigated where appropriate (re: terms and conditions, use without license, proof of license, etc.). Ensure reliable financial information (from procurement to disposal) is available where and when it is needed.
o Execute on Global Contract requests including but not limited to assessing and collecting ATA/Passthrough OE demand for Global Software Contracts
o Monitor all relevant Administrative Tools (i.e., Email, SharePoint, Service Management tool, excel) daily and execute day-to-day duties as defined by process; and manage process-related issues as they arise. Perform verifications & audits. Provide status accounting reports.
o Administer the Service Asset and Configuration Management "control" process.
o If required, perform duties in the following areas: Instruction (training), directing, and checking the work of others; managing vendor partners; advising Senior Management on improvements to strategies and techniques; manage projects where appropriate; train staff on processes and procedures; and facilitate external or internal audit requests as needed.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary custodian of operational excellence, bridging technical oversight with financial performance. They will implement scalable processes to support growth to 1 GW+ operational assets in the coming years across ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities
1. Asset Operations Management
- Lead day-to-day operations of all commissioned solar PV assets in the Philippines and Thailand, ensuring >99% system availability and compliance with performance guarantees.
- Develop, implement, and enforce O&M standards, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and spare-parts management strategies.
- Oversee 24/7 monitoring via centralized Network Operations Center (NOC), optimizing fault detection, response time, and downtime reduction.

- Software Licensing: Oversee software licensing compliance, manage renewals, and ensure adherence to licensing agreements.
- Procurement: Assist in the procurement process, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing asset purchases.
- Optimization: Analyze asset utilization and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on asset status, software usage, and financial impacts, presenting findings to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and procurement teams to streamline processes and enhance asset management practices.
- Support: Provide support and training to staff on asset management policies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT asset management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software licensing and IT procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in asset management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
