**What is this role about?**

- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
- Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations.
- Responsible for Business Support Systems Solutions/Products Pre-Sales & Delivery.
- Be responsible for scope, defining and crafting solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
- Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions.
- Lead or Support deployment of a solution.
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
- Provide feedback to R&D for product improvements.

**You will bring**
- Education: Degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or equivalent, with 10 years of experience out of which at least 7 years as a Solution Architect in Telecommunications, and minimum 5 years of experience in Ericsson Billing and Mediation and BSS Domain solutioning.
- Demonstrated ability: area of expertise - Billing, Mediation.
- Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g., experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer.
- Experience in virtualization and cloud technologies (Good to Have).
- Problem Solving and Tactical / Creative / Innovative thinking.
- Proven experience in leading consulting, pre-sales, and solutions implementation of end-to-end telecom business solution.
- Consultative behavior, business driven and self-motivated.
- Strong passion for improving, growth mentality, with Flexibility and adaptability.
- Pragmatic approach to various situations and reliable team player.
