In this role, you will work closely with a team of Software Developers to deliver outstanding process automation products built across web, cloud, PC, and embedded platforms, coordinated with internally developed devices.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ A member of a self-organizing, multi-functional Agile team, delivering high-quality, potentially releasable product increments in short iterations.
+ Participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
+ Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
+ Defining test plans and strategies and performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects (e.g., acceptance, integration, system, performance, adaptability, regression).
+ Crafting and developing test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the SDLC.
+ Integrating AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.
+ Contributing to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
+ Analyzing test coverage and results, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
+ Participating in code reviews and promoting standard processes in testability and maintainability.
+ Continuously improving testing processes, tools, and frameworks by staying updated on industry trends.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
+ Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities (e.g., requirements analysis, tool development, CI/CD support).
+ Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
+ Experience in automated and manual test script development and execution.
+ Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
+ Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
+ Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
+ Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as: Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow.
+ Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini.

  • Proven experience in both automation and manual testing (functional, end-to-end, regression, performance, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Robot Framework and any RDBMS preferably PostgreSQL
  • Strong background in designing automation frameworks and writing test scripts for complex applications (multiple interfaces, microservices, APIs)
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and testing coverage
  • Experience with API testing using SOAPUI or Postman
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, and Java is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with JUnit is a bonus
  • Solid grasp of QA processes including requirement analysis, test strategy, defect tracking, and reporting
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with good understanding of product development life cycles

Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining test frameworks, components, and tools necessary for software testing.
**In this role, your responsibilities will be to:**
+ Analyzing and understanding existing software.
+ Collaborating with developers to establish automation requirements and ensure code readiness for automation.
+ Crafting frameworks that empower developers to test at all stages of the development process, while contributing to the design of the product codebase by recommending structure, design, and coding practices that facilitate better unit testing.
+ Developing comprehensive test plans and automated tests. Writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to validate software functionality and services. Ensure tests are effective in identifying issues and meeting project requirements
+ Designing and developing test code to identify issues that redefine end-user experience and workflow.
+ Ensuring that the vital test data is available for test execution by creating mock data or configuring test environments.
+ Analyzing test coverage to ensure that critical paths are adequately tested. Identify areas of the codebase that lack sufficient test coverage and develop new automated tests as needed.
+ Participating in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
+ Analyzing and reporting test results, including tracking defects and issues uncovered during automated testing.
+ Integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines. Set up and maintain test environments necessary for running automated tests, ensuring consistency and stability.
+ Designing and implementing medium and large-scale integration tests and making valuable contributions to the development of central test infrastructure while assisting software developers with unit-testing challenges.
+ Tapping into your expertise in quality, frameworks, and automation to drive innovation within the organization.
+ Continuously seeing opportunities to improve automation processes, frameworks, and tools.
+ Staying updated on the latest automation trends and incorporating new technologies into the testing process.

**For this Role You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in Windows or Web development using languages like C#, .Net, Python, JavaScript, etc.
+ Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or utilizing any test automation framework.
+ A strong passion for ensuring software quality and a keen curiosity about identifying bugs and automating processes wherever possible.
+ Familiarity or experience with DevOps practices.
+ Proficiency in working with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.
+ In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design, patterns, and development principles.
+ Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred Qualification that Sets You Apart:**
+ Experience in popular test automation tools (specifically Ranorex and Selenium) is a plus
+ Experience in mobile test automation, and creating simulator tools for devices is an advantage
+ Experience in Agile Software Development
+ Experience in AI tools (GitHub Copilot)

What You'll be Doing
Do you have a passion to help boost performance? Do you love pinpointing areas for improvement?
You'll evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores. Your active listening skills will help make sure proper information is being given to customers while you analyze spreadsheets to pinpoint any patterns to help guide performance training. This includes making sure employees are giving proper verbal statements, client requirements and policies are being met, and finding similarities between associate scripts.
You'll report to the Quality Assurance Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
During a Typical Day, You'll
· Assists the Quality/Training Manager and Assistant Manager in auditing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for TTEC Operations, like outgoing correspondence and external survey results.
· Review and evaluate operational procedures, including Customer Service interactions from all communication channels, service requests, refund processing, Transponder fulfillment, outgoing correspondence, and future quality review implementations.
· Coordinates the logistics and conducts related audits, including sample selection, documentation, and reporting of results.
· Facilitate periodic calibration sessions with the Customer Service department and all other areas of operations to ensure consistency in the evaluation process.
· Assist the Quality/Training Manager and Assistant Manager with administrative functions, including developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Standard Definition Document (QSDD), Quality Forms, and coordinating quality recognition programs.
· Assist with the data and analysis of quality reports in conformance with agreed-upon formats, including developing reports when necessary.
· Performs special projects as required, such as assisting with the development, research, and delivery of new training or other necessary duties.
· Flexibility to perform job duties on-site, off-site, or remote, as business needs dictate
What You Bring to the Role
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience
· Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting
