br>Inventory Reconciliation
-Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of physical inventory with system records to ensure accuracy.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of reconciliation processes, procedures and findings.
-Work closely with the Warehouse and Sales Teams to ensure accurate physical counts and proper recording of inventory movements.
Inventory Analysis
-Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
-Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
-Assist in forecasting future inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data and upcoming promotions.
-Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Inventory Audits
-Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile them with inventory management system records.
-Document and report audit findings, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
-Recommend and implement process improvements based on audit findings to enhance inventory accuracy and control.
Discrepancy Investigation
-Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records, determining the root causes.
-Work with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies promptly and effectively.
-Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies.
-Maintain detailed records of discrepancies, investigations, and resolutions.
Reporting
-Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on inventory levels, discrepancies and reconciliation activities.
-Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy rate, discrepancy resolution time and audit compliance.
-Prepare presentations and reports for management, providing insights and recommendatins based on inventory data analysis.
-Ensure all reporting complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management, Logistics or any related field. < r>-Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
-Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within inventory management or similar function.
-Expertise in performing inventory reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
-Experience in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data.
-Knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies.
-Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for inventory management.
