ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Support Email Marketing campaigns and initiativesDesign and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
Create customer-facing emails in the Email Service Provider (ESP) platform utilizing personalization, dynamic content, and product recommendations.
Develop email creative and layouts that are visually interesting and ad copy that is engaging for customers.
QA all emails prior to deployment ensuring that all elements of the mailing are clear and accurate; pricing, images, links, grammar, spelling, presentation, scheduling, and targeting.
Create and maintain email assets on ESP such as banners, images, forms, and landing pages.
Conduct regular A/B testing for campaign optimization.
Assist in subscriber list management; process unsubscribe requests and maintain suppression lists.
Analyze campaign performance for key metrics such as open rates, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rates
- Support Affiliate Marketing campaigns and initiativesProactively communicate products and promotional offers to affiliate partners
Ensure accuracy of offers including offer descriptions, dates, pricing, promo codes, links, etc.
Evaluate promotional offers, determine offers with the most potential for success to distribution to affiliate partners; review performance, and develop learnings for upcoming promotions.
Monitor deal postings to gather customer feedback and sentiment; communicate findings and alert internal teams of potential issues.
Create a weekly affiliate newsletter for distribution to affiliate partners containing current and upcoming promotional offers and new products.
Execute paid placements with affiliate partners including processing IOs, issuing payments, sourcing promotional offers, and developing campaign creative.
Perform monthly order corrections; and reverse commissions on canceled and/or ineligible orders.
Process order inquiries to determine the eligibility of commissions to be paid to affiliate partners.
- Support Search Engine Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Distribute promotional offers for use on SEM; develop banners and images for campaigns.
Assist in the management of product feeds; monitor for errors and warnings.
- Assist in campaign planning and execution for Retargeting, Display, and Social campaigns
- Maintain marketing budget file; track daily spending across all channels, monitor spend forecast vs. budget, provide monthly accruals to Accounting.
- Process marketing invoices; ensure all invoices are submitted for payment promptly, resolve billing dispensaries between vendors and Accounting.
- Maintained marketing reports including gathering data, compiling and organizing data; ensured accuracy of report data and distribute reports to stakeholders.
