Qualifications:

Job Description

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and people-oriented leader who can drive integrated marketing communications that resonate with both business partners and consumers. If you're passionate about brand storytelling, PR engagement, and digital marketing, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies
  • Manage relationships with external PR, digital, creative, and advertising agencies.
  • Oversee the creation, translation, and distribution of brand and promotional materials.
  • Drive initiatives in digital marketing, consumer experience, and engagement.
  • Supervise the communications team, including both permanent and project-based staff.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align brand communication efforts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, events, and all marketing channels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, PR, or integrated marketing, ideally in the agency space.
  • Proven track record managing external affairs and media relations.
  • Strong experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in copywriting, creative services, and content development is a plus.
  • Must have experience working with or managing agencies.
  • Highly organized with solid project and people management skills.
