THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Integration Management Specialist will play a key role in assisting with and increasingly automating SI processes, collaborating closely with data analysts, developers, database administrators, quality assurance analysts, and clients to ensure seamless integration experiences. A key aspect of this role involves understanding and working with API documentation and tools.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a helpful and reliable point of contact for integrating clients regarding technical integration matters.
  • Participate in and support client meetings, including kick-offs, system walkthroughs, and coordination sessions, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal IT, Business, and Compliance teams to facilitate the timely and successful delivery of integration solutions aligned with client needs.

JOB COMPETENCIES/SPECIFICATIONS:

  • API Familiarity: Foundational understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON, etc.) and the ability to read and interpret API documentation.
  • API Tools Exposure: Some hands-on exposure to API tools like Postman for understanding, testing, or troubleshooting API functionality is required.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to system integration, system setup, and testing, and communicate them effectively.
  • Client Interaction: Experience or demonstrated aptitude for interacting professionally with clients or external partners in a technical context.

This role involves managing the technical aspects of integration, ensuring smooth data flow, optimizing product listings, ensure that all departments sign-off on integrations/ migrations of new platforms.
