TBF is a control function with a critical role of ensuring integrity, completeness, and accuracy of the Bank's financial books and records. The group performs the Product Control function, which entails providing transparent and accurate valuation and appropriate regulatory control to avoid reputational damage to the Bank. In Deutsche Bank, this control function leverages on a multi-skilled team with capabilities to understand the financial impact of trades from the analysis of Risks and Profit and Loss up to the substantiation of the Balance Sheets, and interacts with a diverse set of stakeholders.
While Treasury and Business Finance (TBF) is a primarily a Finance and Control function, the bank has put more focus in streamlining process work and design to improve controls, reduce errors, create more efficient and effective processes. Treasury Finance Manila Innovation Developer role will be closely working with Finance SME's to help build more robust workflows aimed at reducing risk and increasing productivity.

Your key responsibilities
- Data analysis, automating tasks and building custom solutions for Finance processes through the use Automation tools such as Python, Tableau, SQL.
- Involve in business process analysis, requirements gathering, formulating functional / non-functional specification documentations.
- Perform Data analysis and interpretation to identify use cases that assist with our user's efficiency targets.
- Support and/or perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining testing requirements including test plans, test cases, test-data and review of interface testing between different applications. Works with engineers to resolve functional issues arising from UAT.
- Creates and modifies functional documentation (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries).
- Performs issue investigation and resolution.
