Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, and associated tools. Providing support for Intune-related incidents, including policy enforcement, device compliance, and access control.
• Automate, deploy, manage, and monitor mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms using Autopilot and Intune scripting.

Responsibilities

• Deployment of application releases, changes and update.
• The first line of contact for technical support and troubleshooting, escalating accordingly when required.
• Respond to monitoring alerts, taking appropriate action and/or escalating accordingly when necessary.
