- Familiarity with both public and private sector development requirements is highly desirable
- Proven delivery across a variety of building types and structural materials, particularly within the NZ consultancy environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in a collaborative, supportive setting
- Strong skills in translating global business objectives into local team execution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships and identify future opportunities
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
