This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ortigas for an Infrastructure Consultant. This role is part of the Service Delivery team, and predominantly responsible for the proper analysis, planning, design and delivery of IT infrastructure solutions offered by Retail Associates to its customers.
The Infrastructure Consultant engage with customers to drive adoption of proper IT infrastructure solutions. The individual is highly technical, customer facing, and accountable for end-to-end customer deployments on premises, on cloud or hybrid. The individual will own technical customer engagement including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts, and lead application design discussions with senior customer executives with objective of primarily driving cloud deployment.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with managing complex IT infrastructure specific to line of business systems such as ERP, CRM, BI and Retail solutions.
- Documented experience with and understanding of the planning, architecting, deployment and management of complex and Microsoft technology-based IT Infrastructure, including traditional server environments, virtual server environments, cloud environments and hybrid setups.
