Key Responsibilities

Service Management & Delivery

• Oversee day-to-day operations for BT services, ensuring SLA compliance and seamless

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor BT delivery teams, ensuring alignment with project milestones and SLAs.

"Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
