As a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our IT operations and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure. From troubleshooting and end-user support to license management, server maintenance and cloud architecture, this is a multifaceted role ideal for someone passionate about cloud-based IT. You will support both our Philippines and United States teams. You will assist with items such as:

• Providing help desk support via phone, video call, chat, & email.
• Troubleshooting technical issues for company employees.
• Creating automations and tools to increase efficiency of company employees and technical operations.
• Creating and managing API, FTP, and SFTP connections between various systems.
• Managing mobile device enrollment, security, and application updates using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Handling access management and license provisioning for tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe, Jira, and more.
• Maintaining an inventory of mobile devices and other equipment.
• Overseeing Windows Autopilot for device setup and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshooting network issues and administering endpoint security solutions to ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing and personable candidates with strong customer service skills
• Strong English skills is required.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
• Located in Philippines

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Google Workspace Admin) are preferred, but not required.

The Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC) Product Team is a group responsible for the hybrid platform monitoring function. We will see both increased IT availability and increased process automation. The main benefit is to have control over this vital part of Vestas and work with continuous improvement within IT Automation. The Monitoring function (IOC) is critical in Vestas going forward when it comes to platform and eventually Application monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily system activities
• Jointly with a team that provides 24/7 operational services
• 2nd-level support for issues related to infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS components
• Performs system checks and basic maintenance plans
• Troubleshoots system operating problems and determines the cause of system interruptions
• Eventually assist DevOps/Application Teams in creating and handling monitoring and troubleshooting tasks
• Assist in the coordination and resolution of problems
• Create document procedures and operational workflows
• Linux Operating System competence (with Windows experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Azure working with IaaS and PaaS, such as Managed SQL web apps, etc.
• Preferably, knowledge of SQL administration and IIS administration
• Knowledge of Grafana, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace is beneficial
• Thorough experience with the ability to incorporate the information into a software program used in the fabrication
• Knowledge/Experience on the ServiceNow Ticketing Platform
• Documentation and administration/coordination skills

Competencies

• Experience in 24/7 monitoring setup and basic troubleshooting
• Knowledge in Incident/Request Management and Problem Management Automation mindset

Job Description:

• Attendance Management. Ensure absences are captured and updated in the WFM tool.
• Schedule and break optimization. Revision due to absenteeism, unplanned activities, etc. Agents' huddles/coaching and other pull-outs needed should be scheduled and planned.
• Updates schedules and segment codes into the WFM tool to capture Ops leaders' valid and justified schedule exceptions. This involves sharing of analysis of the impact of the requested changes.
• Creation of daily/monthly standard WFM reports. This involves analytics of the KPI being reported.
• (At least) Once a week meeting with Operations leaders to 1) review and discuss the account's performance on WFM-driven KPIs such as Attendance, Shrinkage, Adherence, Productivity, Occupancy, and Utilization, etc. 2) discuss strategies and action plans to comfortably meet telephony SLAs daily.
• Ensures alerts/red flags are being raised to Operations leaders for possible failure of end-of-day and/or end-of-month SLA based on the projected SLA targets. Adherence to schedule and other suspicious activities should be proactively shared as well.
• Monthly review of skills mapping to check the alignment between the telephony and WFM tools. Assisting in user profile creation in the WFM tool, if needed.
• Conduct AHT analysis to assess operational efficiency and inform staffing optimization when the desk exceeds AHT targets for at least one month, excluding increases due to new hires. Present findings and recommendations to account leadership and oversee the implementation of the action plan. If AHT exceeds the threshold by 2 minutes for three consecutive months, proactively enroll the account in the AHT improvement program.
• Conduct AHT Analysis to Premium and Standard accounts as defined in the WFM Gold Standards document.
