Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist IT Supervisor in maintaining IT Infrastructure of the company

· In-charge in the repair and preventive maintenance of all hardware devices

· Restart all servers daily in order to refresh memory

· Troubleshoot software/hardware problems

· Install necessary software and applications on users workstations

· Conduct research on latest hardware and software innovations

Qualifications

· Degree Holder preferably Computer Engineering / Computer Science or any IT related course

Job Summary:

The Information Technology Intern (Service Desk / End user Computing Lead) will provide direct technical assistance and support to Radius Telecoms, Inc. employees for network, hardware and software issues.
