  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Has experience as a Sales Representative in Instrumentation, Industrial Solutions, or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Has existing network or client connections in the VisMin area (preferred but not required)

The Account Manager for the Industrial and Process Automation industry will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Technical Expertise:

· Maintain a thorough understanding of industrial automation products, solutions, and technologies.

Reporting and Analysis:

· Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on key metrics.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the industrial automation industry preferred.

3. Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, process control, and related technologies.

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with different levels, including C-Levels, of the customer organization.
