We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting ACTS Inc.'s industrial solutions in the Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in instrumentation, motor controls, and automation industries
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners in the VisMin area
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations (field work)
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
- Provide excellent customer support and after-sales service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Has experience as a Sales Representative in Instrumentation, Industrial Solutions, or related fields (preferred but not required)
- Has existing network or client connections in the VisMin area (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel within Cagayan de Oro and VisMin for client visits
