WHAT YOUâLL DO:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Analyze legacy information and practices and configure appropriately in new environment
- Conduct review with customer prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
- Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
- Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers
- Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
- Maintain core knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
- Interpret and understand client business requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each client
- Provide project management and coordination to ensure product activations are moving as quickly as possible
- Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
- Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion
- Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
- Identify, assist and test enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects for core functions
- Resolve problems and answer questions from both internal and external customers
- Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures
- Ensure appropriate hand-offs and communication with Engagement Managers, Consultants and Account Management
- Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
- Interpret and migrate data provided from multiple sources
- Reconcile financial reports to historical financial reports
- Analyze and replicate legacy accounting information into import templates
- Upload outstanding items from the prior period for the first bank reconciliation
- Gather and format the beginning balances and monthly historical net activity after beginning balances
- Conduct quality assurance of data migrations prior to release to the customer
- Maintain accurate records of all data and communication received for each conversion
- Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the conversion
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Finance
- Prior experience in a consultative position with proven success required

**Required Qualifications:**
**Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice:**
+ Design, deployment, and management of Teams Phone (Enterprise Voice), including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and integration with Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
+ Experience with VoIP, PBX migration, and Unified Communications solutions.
+ Troubleshooting call quality, voice routing, and telephony integration issues.
+ Familiarity with Teams-certified devices and endpoint management for voice solutions.
**Endpoint Management** **(Intune & SCCM/MECM):**
+ Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for mobile device and application management (MDM/MAM), including policy creation, compliance, and security baselines.
+ Advanced Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) for OS deployment, software distribution, application management, patch management, Strong PowerShell scripting, hierarchy design and co-management scenarios. + Migration experience from SCCM to Intune, and hybrid/co-management environments, e.g. GPO migration, application migration, update management migration, etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Recommending the best solution to merchants and closing deals: You’ll act as a trusted adviser with each merchant, working with them to establish their business goals and recommending the best solution to achieve those goals.
- Assist with onboarding of new merchants: Onboarding of new merchants involve setting up and deploying the Qashier system according to each merchant’s requirements. As the initial point of contact, you’ll be working closely with the Account Management team to onboard new merchants according to their requirements.

- Diploma/Degree in related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition and/or POS and payments systems
