What you'll be doing
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC (VRF & Chiller) equipment , identify the root cause and implement effective solutions
- Install, repair, and replace HVAC (VRF & Chiller) components and parts as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HVAC services
What we're looking for
- Formal training or certification in HVAC (VRF & Chiller) maintenance and repair
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals
