JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design Engineer/Project Management
Provide top quality and accurate electrical design engineering expertise that meets INTECs and clients requirements by undertaking the following:
Key tasks:
- Develop detailed design drawings, technical specification and all documentation required for HV&MV&LV in line with technical solution according to the customer´s requirements, budget, and planning.
- Provide support on tendering activities, supplier development in collaboration with supply chain
- Evaluate suppliers' technical offers
- Responsible to identify project requirements based on the utility interconnect agreements, contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, code requirements, etc., and ensuring compliance with the disciplines.
- Responsible for leading and managing the electrical design of solar PV projects from preliminary design through commissioning by the pre-defined budgets, deadlines, and quality requirements.
- Responsible to provide value engineering solutions during development, proposal, pre-construction, and construction phases.
- Responsible to assist and review project energy models based on contract requirements and project as-builts.
- Responsible to assist and review electrical HV/MV/LV and DC design with required electrical details for solar PV systems by AS/NZ, IEC, VDE, NFC, NEC, IEEE, NESC, utility interconnection requirements, and local requirements as necessary.
- Responsible to assist in calculations and review for required studies and reports (lighting protection Study, load flow studies, short circuit analysis, Arc Flash study, Insulation Coordination Study, reactive power analysis, transient stability analysis, Protection Studies, etc.)
- Responsible for actively working with engineering consultants and third-party engineering firms for calculations, drawing packages, and professional stamps.
- Responsible to coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality teams to create specifications for solar projects.
- Responsible to lead internal and external engineering review meetings, supporting the operations team on client meetings.
- Responsible to support the project interconnection approval process as the primary point of contact with the interconnecting utilities from the application process through final design approval.
- Responsible to attend meetings with clients, State and local permitting authorities, subcontractors, and vendors regarding engineering and technical issues related to the solar and energy storage project.

Job Description
Job Summary:
Inspect area for system compatibility and ensure appropriate system for the site designs. They determine appropriate sizes, ratings and locations for all systems and design PV system in accordance with codes and standards using schematics and diagrams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform simulation Technical Report design of PV module through SolarEdge Designer website, study and design work for projects that may include existing facilities for residentials, commercial and farms solar project.
Carry out the site survey to identify site actual conditions with the permission of Head. 3. Perform engineering design for LGU or Client as per project compliance these drawing consisting of:
I. Vicinity Map, PV array Layout, Mounting Layout, General Notes, Single Line Diagram (SLD) and Schedule of loads.
II. Electrical design analysis, such as voltage drop and short circuit calculation (for small project only).
Perform list of purchase and material request (PMR) as required by procurements.
Engineering calculations including electrical load calculations, conduit and electrical system sizing, and equipment capacity.
Coordination with other disciplines such as Civil, Procurement, Net metering and Construction.
Attending meetings and clients' inquiries.
