Basic Qualifications
· 5+ years work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and employee communications.
· Bachelor's degree
· Superior employee relations and influencing skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
· Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
· Experience working with: Microsoft Office, project management software, SharePoint.

- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources - with solid HRBP experience
- Good knowledge of HR tools (preferably Workday HRIS system) & processes, thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines, ie. talent acquisition, employment relations and employment law
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office - Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Professional oral and written English
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle ambiguity on first time assignment/project/situation
- Critical thinking and strong interpersonal skill are essential
- Accurate, analytical, reliable, team work spirit, proactive and committed

- Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals in the GU
- Work closely with the MU People Programs Lead on programs and initiatives which are cross-DTE and with the People Advisor team to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground within the respective project sites
