Position Overview

The Construction Safety Coordinator will serve as the primary safety officer on-site, responsible for implementing and monitoring safety programs, policies, and compliance measures during construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the project complies with the policy and management system. Advises the management line supervisor and subcontractors of any shortfalls and gives recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner with extensive knowledge of local and national safety regulations.
• Completed Basic OSH Course for Construction Site Safety Officer.
• 5+ years of construction-related experience in an H&S role for major projects, with a strong focus on civil, social, and rehabilitation projects.
• Previous experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles within large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in international projects is highly valued
• Can converse in English and Tagalog, with strong communication skills in both languages.
