JOB SUMMARY:
Under HR Section, HR Recruitment Specialist primarily supports HR Manager in ensuring PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT/ MANAGEMENT approach in the performance of the given jobs. Leads HR team to perform jobs according to their specific duties and responsibilities. Appoints to ensure proper implementation of the company rules and regulations and delivers the disciplinary action process accorded with the Labor law and in a timely manner and effective recruitment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERVISION
· Oversees effective recruitment such as facilitation in the hiring process; schedules examination, interviews and do the initial screening of applicants.
· Oversees processing of employee disciplinary actions from the issuance of memo to explain up to serving the appropriate disciplinary action.
· Reports feedbacks/ results to HR Manager and share some inputs for further development in HR processes.
· Engages in the achievement of section KPI particularly in meeting manpower requirement as requested.
· Refreshes employees in the company rules and regulations in order for them to retain knowledge and continuously perform in accordance with it.
· Supports HR Manager in resolving conflicts/ disputes among HR members and recommends constructive suggestions.
· Supports HR Manager in reminding HR members in any delays in the job and backlogs; supports HR members for any problems occurred.
· Schedules regular meeting with individual HR members for the update and information; shall give feedback to HR Assistant Manager and discuss possible actions for concerns if necessary.
RECRUITMENT
· Supports HR Manager in the effective recruitment processing
· Outsources qualified applicants for pooling of resources.
· Updates current recruitment procedures as deemed necessary
· Introduces new sourcing tools, methods to support the need of manpower in each section.
· Researches and chooses job advertising options
· Coordinates to each section status of manpower request and status of applicants
· Participates in job fair and recruitment events outside the company.
· Builds professional network with other HR professionals, cs and other partners
LABOR RELATIONS AND EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE
· Supports HR Manager in the disciplinary processes such as preparation and issuances of Memorandum to explain and Disciplinary Action Notices to erring employees. This is applicable to minor cases only.
· Executes face-to-face exit interview process prior to an employee's departure.
· Gives accurate feedback with regards to the exit interview result of resigned employees to HR Manager.
· Performs counselling to employees (discussion includes performance problems and deficiencies, understanding work rules and future performance expectations)
· Conducts stay interview to employees to improve employee engagement and retention in the company.
· Performs monitoring employees' tardiness and forwards updates regularly to superior.
· Entertains complaints and grievances of employees; gives feedback to superior and engage herself in recommending proper actions for better resolution.
DOCUMENTATION
· Keeps records of resignation letter to 201 file and maintain its confidentiality.
· Participates in the development of any related employee discipline policies and procedures.
· Supports other HR activities as maybe assigned by the superior.
MANAGEMENT
· Responsible to meet departmental productivity and goal.
· Ensures that quality and environmental policy is faithfully followed; 5S and safety requirements are strictly practiced.
COMMUNICATION
· Communicates effectively with co-employees, leaders and other concern sections.
· Practices and maintains high discipline and business ethics.
· Provide necessary information as maybe needed by the group, section or the entire organization.
· Attends group or section meeting as required and necessary.

· Graduate of four (4) year course preferably Human Resource Management or equivalent
