Key Responsibilities:

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

-Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

-Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Candidate Sourcing

-Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

-Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

-Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews and initial Interviews.

-Assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fir for client organizations.

Candidate Presentation

-Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and fit for the role.

-Coordinate and schedule interview between candidates and clients.

Candidate Management

-Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates thorough the recruitment process.

-Negotiate job offers and with the onboarding process.
