The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of Employee Relations and People Business Partnering experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, DOLE compliance, end-to-end case management, policy development, employee discipline, performance management, talent development, and strategic business partnering.
