The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of Employee Relations and People Business Partnering experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry.

  • Degree level education in social science preferred and/or Relevant professional qualification
  • Minimum of 7 Years HR Generalist/HR Business Partner Experience in an international environment.

Position

Summary:

Acting as the face of HR, this position works closely with

management of their respective Region/Area/location as well as cooperate with

relevant HR Service functions or HR Expert functions to provide the solutions.

Act as first point of call for all HR matters. Specializing in strategic

executions, this position holder acts as a consultant to management on the

implementation of HR and business strategies in their respective Region/Area/location.

The job holder ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon

standard HR policies and represents the needs of the respective group. The job

holder reports directly to the Sr. HRBP.

Qualifications:


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,

any field.

  • Resident of Muntinlupa is advantage


• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is

required for this position.


• Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees

specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.


• Willing to do field work and local travels
