About the Role
As the Country HR Leader for the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda across our manufacturing site in Cabuyao as well as all business functions in-country. You will ensure that HR practices and policies are not only aligned with Nexperia's global HR framework but also tailored to meet local business and regulatory requirements.

What you will do

What you will need
- BS Graduate (HR or related field) required, Master degree preferred.
- Proven track record as a HR Leader, with at least 10+years of experience in a HR leadership role, ideally with in a previous experience working in global high-tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge in local Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Extensive Knowledge in compensation and benefit practices, HR systems and databases.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving and project management skills; a solutions-based approach to solving people issues.

This HR Director is responsible for country HR leadership for IWG's employing entities in the Philippines, notably for the Manila Global Service Centre (GSC).
