We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful **HR Generalist** to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
**WORK SET-UP**:
Onsite
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
- Ensure legal compliance of Philippine labor employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent.
- Must have 1-2 years HR Generalist experience, preferably in an outsourcing company
- With excellent track record of HR administration and People management
- Has the ability to meet hiring goals within strict timeframes
- Strong English (US) written, verbal, and comprehension skills
- With background in basic Philippine Labor Laws
- Can work with mínimal supervision and has the ability to make sound decisions
- Has the bandwidth to contribute to the culture-forming of a growing start-up company
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, night or mid-shift
- Can start ASAP.
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
