- Handles efficiently and effectively recruitment activities for Quezon City site.
- Maintains a central file in an orderly, organized and secure basis all updated and approved departmental Table of Organizations (T/Os); assists the HRLSD Supervisor in reviewing and updating all T/Os at least semi-annually.
- Processes personnel requisitions; Checks vacancy requested vs. approved table of organization (T/O).
