RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Global data support within SuccessFactors Employee Central for Organizational Structure, Position Management, and Employee Data with defined accountabilities such as workflow management, data governance, business and field configuration, picklist, and country-specific requirements
  • Review and ensure adherence and implementation of global and country-specific field configurations in SuccessFactors as defined in Employee Central workbook
  • Provide support for complex organizational and employee data changes, including reorganization, mass employee changes, and intercompany transfer
  • Support continuous improvement of all HR system platforms from SuccessFactors and other HR systems (e.g. SAP HR ECC, country-specific payroll systems, timekeeping platforms), including planned releases/upgrades and approved projects in HR Technology pipeline
