CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to guest inquiries

SALES AND UPSELLING

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
At least 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales

Key Responsibilities:OTA Management:
