RESPONSIBILITIES :

SAP Security specialist is responsible for designing and creating SAP Security authorizations and roles for different projects. Understand all business application systems especially HR related solutions, review the critical access, SODs and implement new rules in compliance audit tool. Provide expertise and guidance on SAP Roles, configuration and perform process review. Provide support for core modules in SAP S/HANA. Fiori, ECC6 , BI/BW, SAP HCM, SAP SRM and SAP Portal. The Cyber Security Engineer – Patch Management will be responsible for monitoring, day-to-day platform administration of patch management system and analysis of related CVE's and patches needed to ensure proper security hygiene. Apart from patch management activities, they will be expected to support SOC on different incident resolution activities that may require on-site assistance and support.

The Cyber Security Engineer – Patch Management will have opportunity to grow and learn other security solutions such as Vulnerability Management, EDR, SIEM etc as part of SOC support activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any collegiate course preferably in the field of Information and Communication Technology
• Work related experience of at least two (2) Year in security engineering or administration
• At least one (1) year experience and exposure to patch management activities required preferably working with windows and linux environment
• Previous System administration experience  (Windows and Linux) a plus.
• Basic Understanding in different security technologies such as SIEM, EDR and Vulnerability Management also required.

The Security Officer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and security of all company assets, personnel, and passengers across ticketing offices, bus garages, terminals, and administrative offices. This includes coordinating with third-party security service providers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and conducting regular inspections and incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Oversight and Management

2. Supervise and monitor security operations across all company facilities, including bus garages, ticketing offices, bus terminals, and administrative offices.

3. Ensure all areas are protected against theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security threats.

4. Implement and enforce access control measures and visitor management procedures.

5. Third-Party Security Coordination

6. Liaise with contracted third-party security agencies to ensure they meet agreed service standards and performance KPIs.

7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of third-party security personnel on duty.
8. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to third-party guards as necessary.

9. Ensure adequate staffing of security posts across locations in coordination with agency supervisors.

12. Document and report incidents, including theft, accidents, or misconduct.

Qualifications:

• Training in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Valid Security Guard License or Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar security role, experience in a transport or logistics environment is a plus.
• Experience in a supervising or coordinating third-party contractors.
• Willing to be assigned in Naga, Camarines Sur.

• Graduate of four-year course. Preferably with police or military background
• With at least 5-year experience in security services, military, law enforcement, monitoring access points, conducting security patrols, CCTV system
• Must be able to handle security incidents, customer complaints, emergencies such as fire and medical
• Familiar with the ISPS Code and other maritime security regulations
• Proficient in Incident Report Writing
• Must be willing to be assigned in Manila and Batangas

Major Responsibilities:

• Investigate incidents involving threats or security breaches and determine root causes and preventive actions.
• Provide intelligence support including security assessments, briefings, and reports for management.
• Supervise threat assessments and risk management across various PALex stations and facilities.
• Manage covert operations and personnel background investigations to protect company interests.
• Liaise with government and private sector security agencies to maintain an effective network.
• Participate in security coverage for company events including VVIP and inaugural flights.
• Oversee evaluation and proper disposal of sensitive security documents as per regulatory standards.
• Implement and continuously improve PALex Security Management System (SeMS) to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Manage security service providers through audits, performance reviews, and security tests.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in airline industry or aviation security.
• Experience in court settings and military background is recommended.
• Strong technical knowledge of military, police, or security procedures and practices.
• Basic Aviation Security Training Program (STP 123) certification required.
• Preferably trained in ICAO or IATA aviation security courses.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security is an advantage.
