Statement of Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing and maintaining various structures, fixtures, buildings and hardscape elements;
• Constructs and repairs building frameworks and structures made from woods and other materials;
• Installs structures and fixtures, such as windows, moldings, stairways, doorframes, partitions, cabinets, sidings, drywall and other building structure element;
• Responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to surfaces;
• Performs touch-ups and painting projects related to the maintenance of park structures or facilities;
• Inspects and replaces damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures;
• To execute the given task of the Facilities Maintenance Section Chief with regards to the Carpentry, Masonry and Painting Concerns; and
