- Take Vital Signs (Blood Pressure, Temperature, Pulse Rate & Heart Rate.
- Make Nurses Notes of every patient and place in their individual file.

- Order, dispense and administer prescribe medicine.
- Maintains the sterility of all medical equipment.

- Arrange Hospitalization & appointment of employees with the hospital specialist.
- Performs other task related to employees welfare.
II Performs assorted Administrative duties including:
- Act as a Safety Officer under the safety committe of the company.
- Coordinate s the renewal of medical befenits both for the employees and their dependents.
- Schedule the company's APE/ME and random Drug Testing yearly.
- Order and distribute quarterly vitamin supply.
- Do audit regarding the cleanliness of the company.
- Do canteen audit for cleanliness, food preparation & balance meal preparation.
- Prepare & monitor employees OMA and VALE.
- Perform other task that the imeediate superior may assign.

About the Role:We're looking for a friendly and organized Virtual Patient Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based physical therapy client. You'll welcome patients via video, verify their insurance and eligibility, handle appointment scheduling, and assist with routine admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients via video call
- Review and update electronic medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
- Communicate with insurance providers
- Schedule appointments based on treatment plans
- Handle general office and admin tasks
- BPO customer service experience
- Knowledge of U.S. insurance (verification & pre-authorization) is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
- Background in medical admin, PT, or related fields is a plus
- This is a full-time role with Civicom (not freelance)
- Candidates who live within an hour to Alabang are preferred
