1. Business Development & Marketing
- Develops and implements Business Development Plans that specify strategies and work plans for creating new business opportunities.
- Analyzes business needs and determines new opportunities in new and existing variance clientele.
- Forecasts short and long-term market potential and provides strategic suggestions based on the need and the demand of the Variance clientele.
- Gather data and information on hospital beds capacity, competitors, existing products, key opinion leaders and hospital needs and requirements.
- Implement strategies for new products and services including target revenue streams.
- Come up with monthly program that will promote the product of portfolio of variance.
- Study different marketing trends in different hospital base on the current trend activities in the local and foreign scale and makes recommendations based on these observations.
2. Generation of New Business
- Generates new leads by building networks proactively hunt for target principals, organizations and business that can benefit from partnerships.
- Creates programs that will introduce new sub-dealers to assist in the selling of variance product portfolio.
- Oversees the business activities of our valued sub-dealers to monitor their sales and activities.
- Create and implement new business models that create new ventures.
- Prepares feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Prepares and presents business proposals to potential customers and negotiates and reviews them.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Explores other opportunities for new revenue streams by looking into new clientele in existing hospitals bases and developing the growth of variance products.
- Utilizes social media to keep the relationship closer to variance customer (troubleshooting, customer care, etc.)
- Promotes the product portfolio of variance trading corporation by offering the complete solution to different customers by coming up with different packages suited to the needs of the hospitals
- Develop and manage clientele communication activities through the participation of different medical events by medical societies (annual convention, post graduate courses, workshops, etc).
4. Manage New Business
- Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of all marketing programs.
- Review performance of all products and partnerships to ensure attainment of revenue targets.
- Assist in new business planning and pre-launch activities including consumables and ethical products.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in BS Nursing, and other Medical Course.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
