Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to the Chairman with regard to computer systems, hardware, software, mobile devices, and communication platforms.
Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of I.T. equipment required by the Chairman for daily functions, meetings, and official engagements.
Manage, secure, and maintain digital files, reports, presentations, and other electronic documents of the Chairman.
Coordinate with the I.T. Department for troubleshooting, updates, installations, and preventive maintenance of systems and equipment.
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of presentations, video conferences, and other technology-enabled activities.
Research, recommend, and implement technology solutions that may enhance the productivity and efficiency of the Chairman.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the security of all information and data entrusted to or accessed by the Chairman.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in providing I.T. support, preferably in an executive-level or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in computer hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, system security, and office productivity tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and flexibility to attend to urgent technical needs of the Chairman, including after-office hours if necessary.
