Job Roles and Responsibilities:

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Acts as a support to the Principal's leadership team in the execution of programs such as BCP and
   
   Saftey program to remove the hazards from the workplace and to correct unsafe work practices
   
   to ensure continuous operation.
2. Administer compliance tasks to Occupational Safety and Health Standards of DOLE and other OSH

Job Qualifications:

related area. Accredited Safety Practitioner of DOLE (SO2) and Pollution Control Officer

accreditation are an advantage

Responsibilities:

● Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) of all positions on the production floor and update the JHAs as needed

● Conduct annual refresher training to all employees in the area of health, safety, ergonomics and other required aspects

● Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of safety

● Coordinate with staffing agencies to hold safety committee meetings on a monthly basis

● Constantly walk through the production floor, i.e., at least 2 hours per shift to ensure that safety protocols are followed by employees

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner with extensive knowledge of local and national safety regulations.
• Completed Basic OSH Course for Construction Site Safety Officer.
• 5+ years of construction-related experience in an H&S role for major projects, with a strong focus on civil, social, and rehabilitation projects.
• Previous experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles within large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in international projects is highly valued
• Can converse in English and Tagalog, with strong communication skills in both languages.

Job Summary / Position Objectives :

Job Qualification I. EDUCATION
