Additionally, the IT Head will lead and coordinate three core technology teams: Management Information Systems (MIS) & Security, Infrastructure, and Technical Support.
Responsibilities
Vendor & Platform Oversight
- Manage third-party lottery system provider and Android POS terminal vendors, including contract negotiation, SLA enforcement, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure outsourced platforms and POS devices meet the Terms of Reference (TOR) issued by the official government agency.
- Oversee software updates, firmware updates, device provisioning, and lifecycle management of the platform and POS terminals.
- Oversee monitoring of overall system health, uptime, transactions integrity, troubleshooting, and software updates by coordinating with MIS/Security head, Infra head and Tech Support head.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all technology operations comply with national gaming regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy laws.
- Implement fraud detection, tamper resistance and validate secure systems for outsourced POS devices.
- Coordinate audits and certifications with vendors to maintain regulatory transparency.
Data Governance & Reporting
- Oversee secure data exchange between POS terminals, third-party platforms, and internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of draw results, ticket sales, and financial reporting.
- Oversee third-party dashboards and analytics tools for executive and regulatory reporting.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a lean internal tech team focused on operating monitoring, and vendor coordination for the platform.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to align technology with business goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on vendor management, systems integration, and device ecosystems.
- Experience in regulated industries such as gaming, fintech, or telecommunications.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of AWS Infra, Android POS terminal architecture, Industry standard Encryption Algorithms.
- Experience with API integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise middleware.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, Data Privacy Act, and national gaming regulations.
Soft Skills

Preferred Certifications
- ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications
