Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive Tax Optimization (PAGCOR & Other Taxes)
- Set up most cost effective structure to optimize tax
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all applicable taxes, including but

and ruling applications
- Prepare robust documentation to defend the company's tax positions
- Identify areas of tax risk and build proactive mitigation strategies
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor tax calendar and ensure proper documentation for all statutory
filings
- Provide management with regular tax exposure reports and cashflow
impacts of tax strategies
- Maintain up-to-date records for internal audit and legal compliance
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with accounting, legal, operations, and regulatory teams to

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Law
- Preferable Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or tax attorney
