Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Freight Rate Management:

  • Provide Freight and Hub computation requested by business managers for customer RFQ.
  • Routing Guide:
  • Create and publish an Internal and Supplier Routing Guide which serves as a shipping reference for Suppliers and AE Shippers.
  • Freight Cost Management:
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze monthly freight spending on all import, export, and intercompany shipments versus budget.
  • Contract Management:
  • Manage Master Service Agreements from creation to termination, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and adhering to agreed-upon terms, encompassing activities like negotiation, execution, monitoring, and renewal.
  • Manage TMS (Transportation Management System):
  • Monitor and ensure that all essential data are available to plan, execute, optimize freight rates and movement of goods using the best transportation mode ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations.
  • Training Lead
  • Create and maintain training needs and materials for the shipping and procurement teams (e.g., Use of Routing Guide, Claims Process, Billing and Booking Process, etc.)
  • Cargo Claims:
  • Handle filing of cargo claims from carriers and forwarders whenever there is freight loss or damage in transit. Monitor and track losses and damages for carrier performance evaluation process.
  • Vendor Code Set-up:
  • Creation of Vendor Code in SAP for new Logistics Providers.
  • Reporting and Metrics:
  • Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g. On Time Delivery Performance, Monthly Market Updates, Cargo Claims, etc)

Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or computer information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two-year Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.

The Global Logistics Operations Analyst will primarily support Copeland Global Logistics strategic and operational initiatives. The Integrated Logistics Global Support Specialist ensures the integrity and efficiency of global logistics operations by managing data flow, resolving incidents, executing service requests, supporting system integrations, and driving process improvements. This role involves investigating and resolving system and data incidents, coordinating escalations, proposing corrective actions, and conducting root cause analysis.   • Organizing and conducting analysis of the team performance in order to organize training, realize plans, communicate and present team of stakeholders

  • Ensure smooth performance of all the activities and tasks

The Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to join our team and keep operations running smoothly, from order management to freight coordination. Ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting daily tasks that directly impact customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams to make sure orders are delivered on time and processes run seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a point of escalation for supply chain issues and resolve them quickly
  • Manage orders, pre-orders, returns, and inventory adjustments
  • Coordinate with the Customer Care team to ensure smooth pre-order updates and communications
  • Partner with suppliers and product teams to secure carrier bookings and meet business goals
  • Oversee international freight (air and sea), documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
  • Maintain clear communication with warehouses and carriers to prevent delays or extra fees
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline daily operations
  • Support the documentation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Contribute to projects, system rollouts, and other initiatives to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in e-commerce, order management, or logistics within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Gmail (experience with Cin7 or freight platforms is a plus)
