Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Global Learning Delivery is a strategic and experienced learning leader responsible for executing a global learning delivery strategy that supports Pax8's business priorities and workforce development needs. This role oversees a geographically distributed team of Facilitators & Coaches across multiple regions and ensures the successful execution of high-impact learning programs that drive business and leadership effectiveness by driving global consistency, regional relevance, and continuous improvement in learning delivery.
This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Employees are expected to work from the office when required.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Lead and manage a geographically distributed team across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, with direct oversight of team members in the UK, US, and Australia.
- Execute a global learning delivery strategy that balances consistency with regional relevance.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of learning programs, ensuring operational excellence and learner engagement.
- Provide coaching and development to team members, enhancing facilitation capability and impact.
- Collaborate with Learning Experience Design to pilot and scale new learning experiences aligned with adult learning principles.
- Facilitate select programs as needed, including AI enablement, leadership development, onboarding, and team effectiveness.
- Monitor learning effectiveness using data and feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Talent Management, and the business to align learning initiatives with strategic goals.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Essential: Direct experience managing facilitators or trainers in the UK, US, or Australia, with a strong understanding of regional delivery nuances and compliance.
- Global leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
- Expertise in learning delivery, including facilitation across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, grounded in adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, such as LMS platforms and virtual classroom tools, with a focus on scalable, digital-first solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global organisation.
- Adaptability and learning agility in fast-paced environments, with a track record of navigating change effectively.
- AI-curious mindset, with practical experience using AI tools in learning workflows and the ability to coach others in their use.
