- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective incident response and remediation.
Support partner Cyber teams in gathering evidence and performing forensic analysis as needed.
DLP Policy & Coverage Enhancement
- Work closely with the DLP Engineering team to:
- Recommend improvements to detection logic and alert fidelity.
- Assist in provisioning and expanding coverage of new Sensitive Information Types.
Provide feedback based on operational insights to enhance policy effectiveness.
Incident Review & Process Improvement
- Perform regular analysis of DLP incidents to identify trends, recurring issues, and gaps in detection.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing false positives and enhancing response efficiency.
Document lessons learned and propose updates to operational playbooks and workflows.
Reporting & Analytics (Good to Have)
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize DLP metrics, incident trends, and operational KPIs.
- Use Kusto Query Language (KQL) and Azure Data Explorer (ADX) to create custom queries for data analysis and reporting.

What You'll Do
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy machine learning models that solve business challenges
• Clean, process, and optimize data for actionable insights and operational improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, refine, and validate models that deliver business impact
• Stay hands-on with SQL, Python, R, and other tools to ensure model accuracy and performance
• Build and scale advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence models to support business growth
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualization tools for decision-making and performance tracking
• Design and implement AI solutions such as natural language processing, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics to enhance business operations
• Explore emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, computer vision) and assess their application to financial inclusion
• Lead experimentation and model performance monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and reliability
What We're Looking For
• At least 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
• Strong command of SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
• Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively
