The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 7 years' proven experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR functions
- Demonstrated success in recruiting mid- to senior-level Project and Program Management roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms to source and engage top candidates.
- Strong business communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive HR and employee data.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset, with resilience in handling challenges.
- Self-driven and collaborative team player who thrives in both independent and team settings.
Your Daily Tasks
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and closing candidates.
- Successfully place offshore talent with Australian clients.
- Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and organize interview packs.

- Oversee employee relations and address workplace concerns.

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and coordinates closely with Administrative Manager in supporting the branch. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, on boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and maintaining Government Statutory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Time keeping monitoring and payroll administration.

- Maintain employee files/records in soft copy and paper form.
