Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Crew Accommodations Agent at Corpay's Airline Division – TA CONNECTIONS is responsible for auditing hotel and ground transportation bookings for airline crew to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and client standards. Key duties include reviewing reservation details—such as dates, duration, rates, taxes, currency, and confirmation/cancellation records—and identifying and resolving discrepancies. The role supports agent performance, training, and process improvement through data analysis. Ideal candidates possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with travel or hospitality booking systems.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Audit daily reservation reports to verify booking accuracy, including but not limited to:
- Check-in/out dates, rates, taxes, currency, and hotel selection per contracts/guidelines
- Ground transportation details (type, timing, vendor)
- Validity of confirmation/cancellation numbers
- Identify and cancel duplicate reservations and unused inventory
- Ensure agents are updating reservation management system with required notes
- Prioritize and resolve urgent booking issues to minimize impact on flight crews
- Maintain a centralized log of QA findings and booking discrepancies
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to:
- Monitor agent KPIs
- Identify booking error trends
- Recommend training, coaching, or process improvements

Qualifications:

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Manager to assume full ownership of our site in San Pedro, in Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast). This is a key role with end-to-end accountability for all day-to-day activities of the site in order to meet short-, medium- and long-term goals, including Safety, Quality, Financials, Performance, Sustainability and Customer requirements. The Plant Manager is key in ensuring that production targets are met and that the facility operates efficiently, safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Monitor and improve safety, food safety and environmental performance
Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of the factory to achieve the quality, operational and financial objectives on short and medium-term in line with the overall Corporate Business plan
Ensure the safety of all employees, be familiar with and implement all relevant regulations related to safety, food safety, environmental protection and ensure the plant complies at all times.
Set, and monitor the performance of the Plant against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control legal compliance, and human resource management
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of Functional and Operational Managers or other professionals to ensure that the plant meets its established targets and standards
Responsible for activities such as Manufacturing, Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance Controlling, IT and administration
