Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Crew Accommodations Agent at Corpay's Airline Division – TA CONNECTIONS is responsible for auditing hotel and ground transportation bookings for airline crew to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and client standards. Key duties include reviewing reservation details—such as dates, duration, rates, taxes, currency, and confirmation/cancellation records—and identifying and resolving discrepancies. The role supports agent performance, training, and process improvement through data analysis. Ideal candidates possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with travel or hospitality booking systems.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Audit daily reservation reports to verify booking accuracy, including but not limited to:
  • Check-in/out dates, rates, taxes, currency, and hotel selection per contracts/guidelines

  • Validity of confirmation/cancellation numbers

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Manager to assume full ownership of our site in San Pedro, in Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast). This is a key role with end-to-end accountability for all day-to-day activities of the site in order to meet short-, medium- and long-term goals, including Safety, Quality, Financials, Performance, Sustainability and Customer requirements.
