The Functional Consultant (Implementation Consultant) is responsible for executing the implementation project scope while acting as the point of contact during the project life cycle. The Functional Consultant also serves as the first level of support for clients during the project life cycle, working with them to understand their needs and recommend options and ideas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with the project implementation team in executing the approved implementation plan, blueprint, business requirement document or functional requirement document for the project.
- Prepares and executes the following: System-related configuration, Data Migration template, Internal and External Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Project Live Run
- Deploys project-related solutions and fixes during the project life cycle.
- Assist in conducting the following activities during the project life cycle: Training of clients, Configuration, Data Migration, Onsite and offsite assistance, Project updates
- Works with the implementation in preparing the following documentations and stores in ITG project shared drive: Training Document, Business Process Requirement Documentation, Configuration Document, System Line-run Documentation, Project Closure, Minutes of the Meeting, Issue and Solution Logs
- Provides ongoing support for customers during implementation.
- Fulfill the administrative tasks related to projects but not limited to task update reporting to implementation team lead and project manager, updating project task in the project monitoring tool, record worklogs of time spent in executing project tasks
- Complete the mandatory training, enablement and certifications
- Timely completion and participation of other company operational tasks such us: Daily Time Record (DTR), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) , and Learning Effectiveness Forms (LEF). Liquidation/Reimbursement, and. ISO Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
- Other tasks and special projects that may be required by the organization to achieve its goal.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/ KNOWLEDGE
- Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, BS Accountancy, BS Business Management, BS Information Management or any related business courses.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in implementing IT products, services or solutions. (Preferably Netsuite)
- Must have a background in business process standard practices
- Certified Public Account is a plus
- Oracle Netsuite Certified is an advantafe
Preferably with background in the following industries:
