A virtual medical scheduler is a person who remotely prepares schedules, pulls up medical records, and prepares charts to assist providers/PCAs. Answer phones courteously and schedule appointments for patients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinates appointments for patients
- Able to answer general patient inquiries
- Monitoring the flow of scheduled appointments
- Informing the front desk of patients that needs to be called in a timely manner - example collecting copay.
- Answer inbound telemedicine calls
**Education**
- Strong SALES background and experience
- Call center and customer service experience
- Preferably has an associate degree in relation to healthcare
**Work Schedule and Environment**
- Fully remote setting
- Full-time schedule
**Desktop/Laptop and IT Specifications Required**
- At least Core I5 and up or Ryzen 5 3400G, 12gig ram, SSD (if Core I3, must be SSD and 16gig ram)
- Wired Internet connection with at least 50mbps
- Celeron is not acceptable
- Noise cancellation headset
- Quiet background
