RESPONSIBILITIES

- Properly handle, maintain, and clean all cafe equipment
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
- Maintain a clean dining area, sanitize tables and chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the cafe
- Troubleshoot any equipment breakdown and calling for repairs or preventive maintenance services
- Organize pantry and stock. Following FIFO method for perishable items
- Conduct daily inventory count and informing management on low stock items
- Wash and put away dishes in the kitchen
- Wash and dry all cleaning rags
- Observe relevant health and safety standards
- Notice if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Complete tasks on the shift checklist for the appropriate shift assigned. Stay until it is completed
