**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Provide technical assistance to publishers integrating Publift technology into their websites.
Assist with technical troubleshooting and triaging support incidents
Share customer feedback with the product team on API design, usability, etc.
Document integration processes into written manuals
Work with our onboarding team to optimise new clients
**Must-have Skills / Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
**Solid understanding of core web technologies**: HTML, CSS, the DOM
Good understanding of JavaScript, particularly runtime debugging, events, etc
Familiarity with WordPress
Good understanding of API's.
Customer facing in previous roles and can carry good conversation.
**Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves**:
Hospitality background to effectively engage with internal clients
Experience supporting React OR Vue OR Django frameworks
Familiarity with publishing platforms in PHP
