We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Visual Design Manager to lead our visual merchandising team and elevate both the in-store and online shopping experiences. Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising and graphic design, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3D and graphic design work
  • Basic knowledge of store layout, floor plans, fixture planning, and space optimization.
  • Proven experience managing and executing visual merchandising strategies across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least
    2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail or beauty industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
    .
  • Team player
    with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience
    working with retail partners such as SM department stores and Watsons is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent eye for design, detail, and brand aesthetics.
  • Field-ready, flexible with travel and schedule for installations, store/event setups and store visits.
  • Ability to work with no affiliation or contract with other brands or creative agencies.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Wiling to do overtime work and travel outside Metro Manila
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
